It also has a beneficial carminative effect on the digestive system for symptoms of indigestion and bloating.
Turmeric has been long researched for its anti inflammatory and analgesic effects. It has antiseptic, antirheumatic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Turmeric is used as a digestive stimulant, as well as for skin diseases and irritations. Turmeric helps to enhance skin complexion including skin color, tone and softness.
