Energy healing is an umbrella term for any therapy that works the energy circuits/system in our physical body or human energy field to facilitate our body’s innate healing mechanisms. The human energy field is all around our physical body, and penetrates through our body.
Energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive approach to wellness plus a complement to allopathic medicine and other health therapies. Energy healing helps on a physical, as well as, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. Energy healing is a complement to allopathic medicine and other health therapies.
Energy healing is done while a person is lying on a table, or chair fully clothed using hands with light touch on the body, or off to re-energize, repair, and/or rebalance the human energy field. When we have stress it shows up in our physical body, along with our human energy field. Simply put, when we are healthy, life energy flows freely in the body, with chronic stress the life energy becomes stagnate and/or blocked. Energy healing can remove blockages to allow the energy flow freely in and around the body.
Wing’s journey has brought her to become an Energy Healing Practitioner. It was a long journey to find her passion in life. Wing from an early age knew her purpose in life was to help people.
Stress can be healthy, at the same time stress that is not managed can be debilitating on our health. Everyone deals with stress differently, some people are able to cope with stress and be productive on a regular basis, while others are not able to find a balance. When stress is not dealt with over the years, this condition becomes chronic and affects all areas in our professional and personal lives. After many years of experiencing chronic pain, it took Wing years of working through all areas of her physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state before stress was managed.
Some of the symptoms and signs of stress are: headaches, lack of focus, poor memory, constant worrying, frequent colds, irritability, weight gain, weight loss, anxiety, depression, mood swings, emotional and physical pain.
