Currently I teach business, create and facilitate workshops, and offer private consulting sessions. My work revolves around the central theme of alignment. Coming into alignment with our work is a two-step process: first, finding clarity of one’s vision, and then second, enacting the vision. 

I have a vision that we are all engaged in work that is aligned with who we are - our gifts, our values, our unique skills - and we are able to create inspired careers and businesses derived from these qualities. This is a joyful world, to me. 

Over my working life, I have studied many subjects, worked many jobs and created many businesses and all these experiences have provided many learning opportunities. And in conjunction with this external work, also essential has been the development of my internal work - the cultivation of my Self. On this journey, a process of self-discovery emerged. And my desire to share this process with others has become my work.

My work is to: 

• guide in the discovery of your work in a playful, lighthearted process
• detect areas of your work which are in and out of alignment with who you are
• provide practical, real-world steps to getting your career or business up and running
